PLC module

Siemens 1200 1214C DC/DC/DC is used as the PLC host, and two digital input/output modules are added to prevent insufficient terminals during use.

Servo drive module

Siemens V90 servo drive controller is selected. Siemens V90 is a high-performance servo drive system mainly composed of SINAMICS V90 servo drive and SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servo motor. This system is designed specifically for dynamic motion control and machining tasks, and is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

Touch screen module

Adopting MCGS Kunlun state touch screen, equipped with touch screen power switch, 4 communication serial ports, including RS485, USB and other interfaces. The input power supply is rated at DC24V and can interact with various devices with communication ports. Especially when used in conjunction with PLC modules, it can save a lot of physical buttons and make the PLC control process more intuitive and visual.

Inverter module

The frequency converter module uses Siemens V20 frequency converter, accompanied by fuses and module power switches. All terminals of the frequency converter are made into safety terminals, and only the matching safety wires need to be used when in use.
